By monitoring data at buried points, the product development division only gets to know product usage but not the reasons there behind, thus lacking a clear direction for product optimization. Behavioral data of products can only reflect a certain part of indicator results, and assessment in more dimensions is required.
Without quantitative experience data, divisions working together to development products will have arguments, hindering them from reaching a consensus and reducing cooperation efficiency. There’s no reference data for the summary and review of a completed project and it’s hard to carry out efficient communication based on subjective impressions of relevant personnel.
