03How do AI qualitative interviews (ezChat / ezSee) work?
AI interviews consumers one-on-one and asynchronously: it probes follow-ups, understands text, voice, image and video input, and works across languages. Compared with traditional depth interviews it is cheaper, larger-scale and faster — with transcripts structured for analysis instantly.
04How do 100-person live sessions (ezTalk) work?
100–200 consumers participate simultaneously while clients, moderators and researchers collaborate live: real-time added questions, AI follow-ups, live dashboards. Clustered opinions and first conclusions appear while the session is still running.
05What is "ask the data"?
You ask the data a question directly (e.g. "what do high-potential buyers care about most?"), and AI computes the answer on the spot with professional statistical methods — explainable, with charts. Business teams don't need SPSS to interrogate data.
06Is my data secure?
Projects, data and member permissions are managed in tiers, with sensitive information anonymized. Client data serves only the client's own research and is never used to train public models. All public cases are anonymized.
