A body-care brand · elevator TVC diagnosis
An elevator ad gets one chance to be seen. What did this film make people remember — and what did it lose?
Elevator media is brief and cannot be replayed. The brand had four TVCs, but could not decide from a simple like/dislike score. It needed to know whether consumers could remember the brand, product and benefit after one real exposure; which film best balanced recall, purchase intent and brand appeal; and exactly what each creative should change.

Start with unaided recall
With no brand or visual cues, the study captured recall of brand, product, benefit and story, plus the most memorable and least-liked creative elements.
